Yay! Guess what fellas, I am back on my desk again after more than a month-long trip. The first two weeks were spent in Shanghai and the rest (three weeks) were spent in the Philippines. My plan of touring an Island in the Philippines did not happen as you can see the weather in the Philippines this season particularly in an Island that is surrounded by mountains and seas was not so ideal for a dirty road trip. There has been a typhoon forecasted and so it was raining with strong winds all through – out. To rest my case, I just stayed and enjoy the city breeze of Las Pinas City, and Makati City.

Sneak peek:

Shanghai. Behind me is the massive Pearl Radio Tower located in the downtown Shanghai. My hubs took this photo which I totally find funny after I saw it because I hardly recognize myself which in his defense he said I can just zoom it out. Oh my sweet sweet man!

Here I was trying to paint a bottle in Andy’s art workshop in Shanghai.

He invited me to come and visit the other branch and he assisted me well to be able to at least paint something….well they say there is no right or wrong in art. So this is it. My masterpiece. ‘wink’ .. It is ART fellas!

Philippines.

Resorts World Manila. I get to reunite with my best cousins again. Shermayne and Joy. We went to Resorts World and we spent the whole night just catching up. I miss you sweet ladies soo much!

Golden Haven Cemetery. Here we visited my Uncle Jun who died a year ago. That’s me and my 7 -year -old niece , Charlize. There is nothing as sweet as spending quality time with my family. I only get to see them whenever I go on vacation in the Philippines, that doesn’t really happen very often.

Figaro Manuela Las Pinas City. This is the place where I usually get my morning coffee and a good deal of breakfast. What I like about this place is the serene atmosphere inside. Figaro is a perfect place to sit and have a relaxed afternoon while enjoying a hot mocha latte plus a slice of chocolate cake.

It was another wonderful time in the Philippines. Now I am back here on my desk. The photos taken will bring me smiles whenever I miss my friends and family back there. Till next time! Cheers!
